Fund shareholders refer to individuals or entities who own shares in a mutual fund or an investment fund. These shareholders pool together their money, which is then professionally managed by a fund manager. The profits and losses, as well as any income or dividends, generated by the fund's investments are distributed amongst the fund shareholders based on their proportionate ownership.
