The nice
part about a quinoa black bean burger is combining of the different protein sources to make a more complete protein!
I also have mixed
feelings about quinoa, but I think the flavor of the quinoa works really well in this dish, pairing nicely with the fresh veggies and feta.
What I like
best about quinoa is that it has only a subtle nutty flavor and takes on the flavor of other ingredients you may add to it.
The great thing
about quinoa bowls is that they're even better (and faster) when your quinoa is already cooked.
If you are
skeptic about quinoa in your granola, you will be pleasantly surprised after trying it for yourself.
I don't normally run through the nutritional properties of ingredients, but today, since we are talking
about a quinoa power salad and all, I feel like it will be helpful.
