I usually buy
nut butter packets that I keep for this exact purpose, as one packet is the perfect amount for your mixture - but you can also just scoop it right out of the jar.
I keep
almond butter packets in both places as well for a quick addition to a banana or an 88 acre bar to get me through the next 3 - 4 hours till I can eat again... I think meal spacing is key.
