I made this recipe just now, but I used 1.5 Tbsp
of coconut nectar instead of the honey and the stevia.
I love how you use whole, healthy ingredients and am going to try
with coconut nectar as the sweetener.

coconut nectar in place of the maple syrup, and leave walnuts raw.
Everything is sweetened with
organic coconut nectar — nothing is refined — and there's a perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the rich buckwheat flavor.
Other ingredients: organic
dried coconut nectar, applesauce, unsweetened cacao, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt.
If using homemade chocolate recipe, combine 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup cocoa, and 2 tbsp of
coconut nectar until smooth, following the same directions as noted above.

Because coconut nectar is naturally sweet right out of the tree it doesn't require high heat evaporation techniques or chemical processing to make it a whole lot sweeter.
Before serving, top with extra walnuts and drizzle with

half coconut nectar half maple syrup and used about 2/3 total amount sugar.
Think of the deepest, richest bitter cacao combined with smooth, creamy cacao butter and hints of

coconut nectar etc) cheaper or in bulk that you would recommend?

for coconut nectar but to be honest I can't remember what honey tastes like so as a honey - eater you might have a better idea!
