Ebelskivers on this blog several years ago.
Ebelskiver means «apple slices» in Danish, and you will sometimes see it spelled «aebelskiver.»

So, I am very excited to share a delicious recipe with you today, one of our new favorite breakfast ideas, inspired by the weekend getaway my husband and I went on to a B & B called Abendblume in Leavenworth, WA where they served traditional Danish pancakes
called Ebelskivers.

As you might have guessed, apples are one of the traditional fillings that you will find inside
an ebelskiver.

an Ebelskiver Pan, which can be found at most cooking stores.
