Pour sauce over tortellini and
bacon mixture in the skillet and toss together well, yet gently to not break open tortellini, to mix the bacon, shallots and garlic with the egg, cream, and parmesan sauce and coat each tortellini well.
Turn the oven to broil then top
the mixture in the skillet with the shredded cheese.
Otherwise, leave
the mixture in the skillet for baking.
Then add in 1 cup of cheese to
the mixture in the skillet.
Arrange the shrimp, tails up, in one layer over the tomato -
mixture in the skillet.
Add the paste to
the mixture in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Taste and season
the mixture in the skillet with salt, usually ~ 1/4 teaspoon.
Pour
the mixture in the skillet and cook; stirring, until eggs are set.
