There's something about using honey instead
of regular sugar in a dessert that makes it more interesting.
You can make them
with regular sugar for the kids and they are still a lot healthier than regular all purpose flour pancakes would be.
There is little evidence to suggest they collect in tissues in the body
as regular sugar does so they will not affect your carb intake.
Even with the sweet taste, it does not directly affect blood sugar levels and it will not cause tooth decay like
regular sugar does.
If you're not picky about the low - sugar element, I'd add 1/2 a cup of
regular sugar because the cider is the only ingredient that does have sweetener.

changes regular sugar can have.
Although honey contains small amounts of minerals, which are completely stripped off
regular sugar during processing, the amounts are too small to help you meet your dietary requirements.
Response is generally rapid once sugar is supplied in this way and a sugar drip or
regular sugar injections will be continued.
