Researchers performed imaging and
resistance measurements in a transmission electron microscope using a sample holder with a nanoscale electrical probe.
In investigating the new technique, the researchers at UIUC were diligent in their testing of the formed graphene via electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and
electrical resistance measurement to confirm that it maintained its shape and consistency after forming.
They performed simultaneous imaging and
resistance measurements in a transmission electron microscope using a sample holder with a nanoscale electrical probe.
Use the Relative Measurement setting to pull test lead resistance out of a low -
resistance measurement.
It's basically the same as
a resistance measurement, but you don't have to look to the meter display.
