There are plenty
of vegan yogurt choices made from a variety of non-dairy milk.
This
homemade vegan yogurt made with raw vanilla protein is loaded with vitamins, and contains beneficial probiotics which help destroy harmful microorganisms that cause intestinal infections.
Vegan yogurt starter: cultures for health is a blend of bacteria specifically made for making dairy - free yogurt (amount varies, follow package instructions).
You might be able to use a flax egg or equal parts
vegan yogurt instead but I haven't tested either and can't guarantee they'll work.
I don't normally
buy vegan yogurt unless it's on sale but sometimes I miss it, so it's the best dairy - free and soy - free option, trust me!
Assuming it's the dairy part of yogurt that makes it unacceptable in your fast,
try vegan yogurt.
There's one very simple reason I like using
vanilla vegan yogurt, it makes for a soft and tender donut.
But search «
vegan yogurt muffins» and by the bottom of page one it's already like: Oh you meant vegan blueberry muffins didn't you?
It's a nice addition to granola, added to your cereal, served
over vegan yogurt, or even by the handful!
If you don't have time to make cashew cream, a drizzle
of vegan yogurt will do the trick.
If you can't
find vegan yogurt, you can use a very thick coconut cream, scooped out that's thick.
There are variations based on pretty much all of the nut and plant «milks» that you can make yourself if your local stores don't carry
vegan yogurt on a regular basis.
Vegan cheeses shreds, slices, portions, spreads, vegan dressing, vegan desserts and
vegan yogurts type.
Ingredients 150 g vegan labneh or other
vegan yogurt based cheese (see this recipe) 1 tablespoon unflavored and unsweetened soy yogurt 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil a handful of capers, soaked in filtered water for 15 minutes then rinsed, drained and chopped a few fresh dill sprigs, cleaned and chopped a pinch of whole -LSB-...]
So delicious looking and I'll be using Kite

I'm one of those people who would rather make my own (within reason, I kind of draw the line
at vegan yogurt, or fancy cheeses that take a lot of time and steps) food, rather than spending more money than necessary and finding things that I don't want in my food, such as excess oil.
Hands down my
favorite vegan yogurt I have found is So Delicious Greek Style Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt!

The
only vegan yogurts I can find I'm my city all either contain sugar or chicory (inulin) which I am highly intolerant to.
