A coffee cup is a small, usually cylindrical or spherical container made from various materials such as ceramic, glass, plastic or paper that holds a certain amount of liquid - typically hot water used for brewing and serving coffee. The term can also refer to the act of drinking coffee from such a vessel, or the action of holding it in one's hand while sipping from it.
