Definition of «hemispheric»

Hemispheric refers to something that is related to or affecting one half of a whole. In geography, it can refer to either of the two hemispheres on Earth - the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere. It can also be used in reference to human behavior, where left-hemispheric thinking refers to logical, analytical, and objective thought processes while right-hemispheric thinking refers to creative, intuitive, and subjective thought processes.
