An instructional team is a group of educators, administrators and other professionals who work together to plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs or curriculum. The members of this team may include teachers, school counselors, psychologists, special education professionals, reading specialists, media specialists, and others involved in the instructional process. Their primary goal is to ensure that students receive high-quality, engaging, and effective educational experiences that promote their academic success and personal growth. The team may also collaborate with parents or guardians to create a supportive learning environment for students both inside and outside of school.
