Definition of «residency graduates»

The term "residency graduates" refers to physicians who have completed a residency program in their chosen specialty. A residency is a period of advanced training that a doctor must undergo after completing medical school, during which they gain hands-on experience and learn the skills necessary to practice independently as a specialist. After finishing this rigorous training, physicians are awarded a certificate of completion or "diploma" and are considered fully trained in their field.
