A tasting room is a place where visitors can sample and taste various types of beverages, particularly alcoholic drinks such as wine or spirits. It usually refers to a dedicated space within a winery, brewery, distillery or other similar establishment where customers can come in for a guided tasting or simply purchase bottles to take home with them. The term "tasting room" may also refer more broadly to any location where products are sampled and tested before being sold on the market.
