A voter is an individual who has the right to participate in elections by casting a ballot for candidates or issues. In most countries, citizens over 18 years old are eligible to vote in public elections. The term can also refer to someone who casts their vote in a particular way, such as voting with their feet (i.e., leaving an area) rather than staying and participating in the decision-making process.
