No minibar in room or tea / coffee facilites When I returned back to the hotel on first night as I was late the front door was locked, I had to wait for a few minutes to be let in which was uncomfortable at that time of night Night Manager had no information / knowledge on the Airport Coach transfer so I had to ask next morning in a rush Check - out experience was disappointing compared to the check - in experience.
