CSEA President Danny Donohue announced a tentative contract agreement with Governor Andrew Cuomo at the headquarters of CSEA in Albany, N.Y. which allows for furloughs in 2011 and 2012 and increased health care contributions by the 66,000 members of the union in order to to get «an agreement that balances shared sacrifice with fairness and respect» according to Donohue.
