But this article, «Blogger's Posts Don't Equal Juror Misconduct» (ABA e-report 10/6/06), made me wonder whether despite the importance of juror anonymity, someone should check a juror's online e-trail to discern whether they hold opinions that might bias their deliberation in the case.
