Our shelter has / has had plenty of special needs kitties housed and adopted since I have been volunteering — diabetics, blind, neurological disorders, seniors, food allergies (vomiting / diarrhea — not something that is considered highly «adoptable»), limbs broken or deformed etc.. (itchmo.com)
