I honestly don't know... it could mean the highly tuned engine needs extra air to cool down, remember Mansory is pulling 1250 hp from the 6.5 Liter V12 unit by using motorsport spec units for the pistons, connection rods, bearings, crankshaft, cranks and cylinder head... add a Mansory developed pair of turbochargers and a completely custom made exhaust system from the manifolds right up to the stainless steel exhaust pipes and the result is truly mindboggling.
