In my view, it would have been apparent to the jury that to convict the appellants, they had to be satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the appellants had been members of a gang or crew, co-coordinated by T and D, the purpose of which was to act in concert in pursuit of the common goal of committing a series of home invasion robberies.
