Windows 10 now allows for HDR video playback to be switched on under Settings > Apps
> Video playback, and there's a new calibration tool to help you tune the way HDR video appears on your PC.
The option is available in the Settings section and you need to go to Settings > Apps
> Video playback to enable it.
