Just wondered whether you have any advice about how to store things made with brown rice flour... I know you have to be very careful with storing and reheating rice, and wondered whether this was true about rice flour also.

You could try using brown rice flour or double the almond flour instead, although I've not tried this myself before.

Sadly I've never made brown rice flour before but I often buy it from Whole Foods, my local health food store or online at Amazon.

I used brown rice flour, and instead of agave syrup I used honey, and instead of raw cacao I used cacao nibs and ground then up, I used Parnoosh dates as opposed to Medjool because those are what we have available and I don't know if that would make a difference.
A word of caution: Do not substitute buckwheat / brown rice flour with millet.

Hi Lindsay, I've actually not tried making brown rice flour before, you can buy it from easily from Amazon or health food stores.
I used brown rice flour for these and they taste really good although I cooked mine for 50 minutes and they still weren't fully cooked on the inside, but I think I have a bad oven or something lol because baking recipes I try never come out how they are supposed to
