The airline has decided to go for a 1
-2-1 and a 2 -2-2
layout for their seats and that makes some seats in the Business Class
cabin a lot more desirable than others — especially for solo travelers.
The Business Class
cabin of the A350 offers 4 - across seating in a 1
-2-1 layout which means that all passengers in the
cabin have direct access to one of the aircrafts two aisles.
The new first class
cabin has six individual suites in a 1 -1-1
layout, dropping a suite from the current 1
-2-1 configuration.
The 42 - seat business class
cabin will offer aisle access for all the seats in the
cabin (now a prerequisite for any self - respecting Business Class product) with a 1
-2-1 layout while the 28 seats in the Premium Economy
cabin will be in a 2 -3-2
layout.
Just like DeltaOne seats the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class suites come with all - aisle - access and are arranged in a 1
-2-1 layout across the
cabin....
Unfortunately, at the time of writing Air France doesn't appear to be serving Havana with its refurbished 777s so the Business Class
cabin doesn't offer the airline's excellent 1
-2-1 layout.
This aircraft swap doesn't really affect the
cabin products that passengers can expect as the DFW - ICN route is currently operated by a refurbished 777 - 200 aircraft featuring new Business Class seats in a 1
-2-1 layout.....

As the
cabins featuring the new Business Class QSuite will be arranged in a 1
-2-1 layout the centre seats will appeal most to couples and colleagues traveling together... and it looks like the
layout should work pretty well.
The Business Class
cabin will still be set out in a 1
-2-1 layout giving all seats direct access to the aircraft's aisles — a must for any modern Business Class
cabin.
While the 1
-2-1 layout may, on paper, appear similar to what you'll find in the Business Class
cabins of the American Airlines 787 Dreamliner, the refurbished 777 - 200 and the impressive 777 - 300s, in practice it's quite different.
The Business Class
cabin comes equipped with 32 Royal Silk seats (more on those later) set out in a 1
-2-1 layout.

The aircraft will have 30 lie - flat business class seats arranged 1

layout.
The Boeing 777 - 200ER business class
cabins are configured with 48 flat - bed seats in a staggered, forward facing
layout, alternating 1
-2-1 and 2 -2-2.
