If you don't have Reese's pieces you could use Reese's peanut butter chips or for
a nut free option use just chocolate chips.
It's very different from anything else I've tried, plus I love

The frosting is not nut - free as it is made with almond butter, but an easy

I just tried cassava flour (from yuca root) and it seems like an awesome gluten free &
nut free option!
There are 2 recipes in this book that call for almond butter, but I think you could easily swap that for sunflower seed butter or tahini as
a nut free option.

Not exact matches
I have some challenges with gluten
free options because I am severely allergic to tree
nuts (but I can have peanuts).
* Can sub any kind of
nut you like, or even hemp seeds for a
nut -
free option.
I used my favourite gluten -
free flours, almond and oat, ground from whole
nuts and grains in my Froothie blender, and coconut oil and coconut sugar for the least - processed
options.
Megan goes beyond simply sharing a recipe, and gives
options for all the major grain -
free diets: paleo, GAPS, and SCD, as well as some AIP, vegan, coconut -
free and
nut -
free options.
Everything they had was gluten -
free, but they also offered a ton of other
options including
nut -
free, vegan, sugar -
free, etc..
They're
free of wheat,
nuts, milk / dairy, soy and corn, so they're a good
option for almost any allergy - specific diet.
So many great grain
free options and I think any thick
nut or seed butter would work for this, possibly give it a stronger flavor though but not in a bad way.
One egg has more cholesterol than a typical cheeseburger, and their fats aren't necessary in our diet when we have
