My complaints about the Phil and Ted's were: extremely difficult to fold to the point that I was not motivated to use it for anything other than walks around the neighborhood, horrible sunshade and no shade for the baby in the back (a must in Alabama), didn't steer well with the doubles attachment, and my 11 month old was almost too tall for the 2nd seat.

You can even use the stroller in «single» mode and have the Tandem Seat in a backpack on your back ready to be attached when your 2nd child needs a ride!

I have a 2nd seat with my City Select and the parent console is difficult to use when the 2nd seat is in the top position.
