Plus, My thumbs slip out of place a lot less on
my 3DS circle pad, compared to other analog sticks (not to say that the Circle pads will be the same).
Also these circle pads look to be thicker (and maybe higher quality) than the 3DS one, so I'm not worried.I really love
the 3DS circle pad a lot more than I thought that I would.

3d on beacause the efect is lost by the movement and is way better if you play it with the
circle pad.
Yes Know I can buy an
3DS Xl even though I owned the original at Launch the
circle pad fells off cause of serious play time aka Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate 400 + hours I love that game lol

3ds — after about 20 hrs i went to wiiU — and IT WAS SIMPLY AMAZEBALLS — i put like 500 hrs in — played 4U on
3ds but I use the
circle pad pro (got ta get one if you really wan na spend HRS in it)-- but — i just cant sit there for 500 hrs — staring and and un-ergonomically grasping the
3ds — a shame really (after about 140 hrs i just had to leave it be)-- i just ai nt interested in X — i cant go back to
3ds for it (at this point in the 8th generation)-- such a shame — there are a few newer monster hunters on wiiU that are Japanese only — but — i just ai nt trying to play MH in Japanese (haha not my cup of tea)
I'm not too sure whether I agree with that personally, as a
circle pad would definitely be needed at some point in the
3DS life cycle to accommodate the more advanced titles (like Monster Hunter).

While you still control Link with analog controls (via the
circle pad), the added touch screen capabilities of the
3DS really make the game feel alive.
They aren't horrible but they should have either reconfigured the controls or released this with a new
3DS with both

It's interesting... I believe the
circle pad / slide
pad that was first on the PSP and has been massively upgraded on the
3DS is head and shoulders above an «analog stick.»
Granted, that initial PSP
circle pad was more awesome in idea than execution since it was much too small and did not contour to your thumb the way the
3DS» does.
I really wish they had stuck with real analog sticks instead of the weak
