AA miles per dollar spent on dining is a good and while I dread some signing up for some listservs, I think it's worth it in this case.
The two bonuses that I mentioned above work out to 4 or 5 extra
AA miles per dollar if you do exactly the required spending.

AA Executive card earns double
miles with American Airlines and one
mile per dollar for everything else.
The card earns one
mile per dollar spent on all purchases, and there's no earning bonus on purchases made directly with
