I have been using Thirsties wraps for my baby and I'm interested in trying
the AIOs because I too have a very squirmy 4 month old who thinks when the diaper comes off it's time to roll away!
Velour is usually used on top of soakers / inserts and as the inner lining in fitteds and
AIOs because it provides a luxurious, soft feel against baby's bottom.
First time my LO wore he had a blowout and for
an AIO because of the fold over insert, it was easy to spray out.

Though I am not a huge fan of the flap

because rinsing is a little bit more complicated, this diaper is great quality and we haven't had any leaks which is saying a lot b cause we were new to this and had leaks in just about every other diaper while figuring them out!!
So many
AIO diapers didn't fit my daughter well
because she was always on the smaller side, but we got a great fit on this one.
Velcro
AIO's are the most like disposables
because of their ease of use.
Right now, I only have prefolds and BG (one - size and a few
AIOs)-- my velcro is starting to get a wee bit fuzzy, but I'll probably replace the tabs
because I really do love them so far.

I regret this
because I love the simplicity and always perfect size of aplix on my other diapers (i.e. my Sweet Pea
AIO, Nuggles Cover, Sweet Pea Cover, even the bumGenius Little)
I then lost my ENTIRE stash of diapers
because someone accidentally threw them away (long story)... so since I had to rebuild my stash and didn't want to order from seperate websites (I refuse to try another brand of prefolds so I was stuck with GMD for my entire order lol) I decided to try blueberries instead of my previous
AIO brand and WHAT THE HECK.
