an AIP Version: Use the dairy free version with coconut milk and omit the pepper and paprika.
So, to honor the special golden fruit I decided to come up with a yummy
AIP version of a summer time favorite, peach cobbler.
To my delight both the elimination phase AIP and stage 1 re-intro
AIP versions came out fantastic.
Not exact matches
Of the 8 recipes that are not
AIP, only 2 are due to non-negotiable nightshades, 1 for eggs, 3 for the seed spice cumin, and 2 for white rice (I had to include legit Arroz con Pollo and Puerto Rican Yellow Rice - but don't worry, I have grain - free
versions of both, too!)
I figured it was something that could be
AIP - fied and this is the first
version that I created, which I'm pretty happy with.

AIP for 2 - 3 months before tweaking.
There's also options to make every recipe
AIP (autoimmune paleo) friendly, as well as a low FODMAP
version.
Or try
AIP or go Paleo or throw out the toxic products in your house and replace them with natural
versions.
