You don't get sliders to control these settings (unfortunately), but you can enable
AMOLED Photo mode if you prefer your display to be as accurate as possible.
It's the case with
the AMOLED Photo mode as well, which means you're better off sticking to the Adaptive Display or AMOLED Cinema modes for the best experience.
The measured Absolute Color Accuracy of
the AMOLED Photo mode for the Galaxy Tab S is 3.2 JNCD, which is very accurate.
We tested the screen in the Adaptive mode, which is the default display mode, and also in Basic and
AMOLED Photo modes.

mode on the Galaxy Tab S provides an accurate calibration to the Adobe RGB standard, which is rarely available in consumers displays, and is very useful for high - end digital photography and other advanced imaging applications.
The Galaxy Tab S models have 4 user selectable Screen
Modes: Adaptive Display,
AMOLED Photo,
AMOLED Cinema, and the Basic screen
mode, which matches the sRGB / Rec.709 Standard used for most consumer content.
In all other instances, users can choose between three screen
modes:
AMOLED Photo,
AMOLED Cinema, and Basic Mode.
AMOLED Photo is the one closest to a true RGB display output, which is to say the colors the most natural in this
mode, while the
AMOLED cinema
mode is great for video watching.
The measured Color Gamut of the

mode is a very accurate 100 percent of the Standard Adobe RGB Color Gamut, and the measured Absolute Color Accuracy is a very accurate 3.3 JNCD.

modes to choose from, with Basic being the most accurate and also the most yellowish.
Like other
AMOLED - packing Galaxy smartphones, there are four screen
modes to choose from in the device settings: Dynamic, Standard, Professional
Photo and Movie.

The Galaxy Tab S will also feature new display
modes, called
AMOLED Cinema and
AMOLED Photo, which should be present along with the existing
modes we've seen on Samsung's
AMOLED devices, including Professional and Dynamic
modes.
Preset
modes include Basic,
AMOLED photo, and
AMOLED cinema, and are all static presets and can not be adjusted.
AMOLED Photo is the middle ground; it's not as vivid as Adaptive
mode nor as, well, basic like Basic
mode.

mode from the Settings app.
