First, my go - to shortbread recipe (essentially the recipe below without
matcha, and with various additions depending on what I feel like) is only
about half of what I see in a lot of recipes, calling
for one stick of butter instead of two, one cup of flour instead of two, etc. etc., and yielding
about 24 cookies instead of 48.
For example I bought $ 10 worth of
matcha in the fall and I still have
about half it left (and I use it quite a bit)!

Matcha for every 6 ounces of water, so a little goes a long way!
i'm learning so much
about myself but mostly, I'm realizing i often turn to a caffeinated beverage
for an extra boost throughout the day and it has been empowering AF to be able to find it within myself to be productive without my
matcha or afternoon booch.
We enjoy
Matcha as a treat
about once a week, and I've also enjoyed experimenting with adding it to foods
for color.
Green tea has been a favorite of mine
for more than 10 years, so I was very curious
about matcha tea and all of the incredible health benefits it contained.
The
matcha tea shrubs are guarded from sunlight and kept in shade
for about 20 days before harvesting.

Some of us in the office drink

for us to incorporate it into our routines.
I use the 2nd harvest organic version in my drinks each day and it lasts me
about 3 months in the pantry, but if you really want to step it up a notch and use it
for warm beverages, try the ceremonial grade
