I made
an acorn squash salad that was satisfying on a cool fall day.
Not exact matches
This
salad would also be great with butternut or
acorn squash or even pumpkin, but if you're up for a little adventure try it with the original kabocha
squash and you may discover a new fall favorite!
Serve the stuffed
acorn squash immediately by itself or with your favorite side
