To make this Almond Milk Chai Latte extra special
add almondmilk to milk frother.
In a smaller bowl mash the banana with the maple syrup, add the flax egg and coconut oil, then
add almondmilk / vinegar mixture and stir to combine.
To the bowl with the yolks,
add the almondmilk, syrup and oil if using, and beat together until smooth.
