add fresh dipping vegetables like
baby carrots, cucumber circles, red
bell pepper and zucchini sticks.
Added mushrooms, carrots, snow peas, broccoli rapini,
baby spinach, kale, cilantro, red
bell peppers, ginger, garlic, baklouti green chili oil, cayenne pepper, doubled the finishing sauce.
In the same pan,
add the
baby spinach, coconut milk, chopped
bell peppers, chopped onions and minced garlic.
I
added chopped
baby spinach, parsley, a red
bell pepper and cut a cucumber in half then sliced thinly.
A kaleidoscope block, mirror block, and block with little
bell inside provide
added sensory stimulation for older
babies and toddlers.
They're wonderful for when
baby is a newborn, and all the
bells and whistles are fun, but mom gets exhausted carrying the large infant car seat onto the big bulky stroller;
add in all the extras you need to take with you such as the diaper bag, purse and shopping bags and it feels like you're pushing around a dump truck!
Keep on hand whole grain crackers (watch out for partially hydrogenated oils and
added sugars in the label), cheese, cherry tomatoes, sliced or mini
bell peppers, sliced apples or other fruit,
baby carrots and individual hummus packs.
I used carrots, green beans and
baby corn, but you could
add bell peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes or mushrooms!
Ingredients kale, onion, red
bell pepper, Persian cucumbers (or
baby cukes), plum tomatoes, jalpenos (optional, I prefer the tamed style as they are not as «hot» but
add a bit of zing to the salad), garlic & onion powders, and «good» Italian dressing.
Brown up tofu or your meat of choice and
add snap peas, sliced carrots,
bell peppers and
baby corn.
