Once everything is done cooking,
add baby kale to a plate, topped with quinoa, sautéed vegetable mixture, dressing, cilantro for garnish -LCB- optional -RCB- and sprinkle dish with pepper.
Add the baby kale to a large bowl along with the sliced radish and as much of the sliced shallot as you'd like.

Whilst reducing that mixture
add a pinch of salt to boiling water and cook the bok choy,

added a lot of fresh
baby kale.

Liked this recipe for it's ease, followed recipe but had a few
add - ins, used Trader Joe's miso ginger soup, 2 tsp chicken broth, bagged
baby greens of spinach, chard, and,
kale, fresh mushrooms, pkg of frozen stir fry, udon noodles, and shrimp.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan, and
add the
baby spinach and
kale (it might not all fit at once).
A handful of
baby kale is
added right before eating for
added nutrient density and a burst of color.

The romaine
adds necessary structure and crunch; the soft, delicate
baby kale leaves give a bitter earthiness that lends the salad some backbone.
I also
added about half a package of fresh
baby «power greens» (chard,
kale, spinach) by putting a layer of greens inside each tortilla, before the filling.
SuperTip: try
adding 1 - 2 handfuls
baby spinach or young
kale leaves (stems removed) + 1 dessertspoon raw cacao powder or nibs for an ultra-gorgeous green smoothie!
Serving suggestions:
add thinly sliced fresh ginger and / or chopped
baby bok choy or
kale to the soup with the pumpkin.
Don't forget that you can also use fresh / frozen
kale puree and
add it to
baby's food for extra nutrients and vitamins!

If you're new to making smoothies, a simple but delicious and nutritious starter would consist of a handful of
kale or other
baby greens, a chopped medium banana, a half of a sliced apple, skins left on, a handful of berries, and a nutrient boosting
add - on, like 2 teaspoons of chia seeds or hemp seeds.
Ingredients
kale, onion, red bell pepper, Persian cucumbers (or
baby cukes), plum tomatoes, jalpenos (optional, I prefer the tamed style as they are not as «hot» but
add a bit of zing to the salad), garlic & onion powders, and «good» Italian dressing.
You can put some
kale in your morning omelet, have some
baby carrots with lunch and
add some broccoli to your stir - fry with dinner.
Just
add the chopped
baby kale and the balsamic vinaigrette before serving.
In the fall a big soup pot filled with
kale at the bottom some
baby new potatoes cut in half and some sausage (I like mine spicy)-- I
add a little celery seed and pepper for seasoning.
