I'll often
add some hummus to a quick thrown - together salad of broccoli /
cabbage slaw, radishes, arugula, broccoli sprouts, black beans all tossed together
adding a splash of red wine vinegar, topped with
chopped tomato.
Take a bowl,
add shredded carrot, shredded
