If you are

Then when we take them out each morning, simply

If it is still too tart for you (depending on the
yoghurt you're using)
add some extra stevia or even
coconut nectar.

adds a bit more fruity sweetness (throw in any berries), a banana is good here, milk (
coconut, soy or regular) makes this creamier and more filling,
yoghurt is also good, * no rhyme or reason anything goes * leave out the honey if you don't need a sugar hit (I love the properties of honey so
add it here)
