When the oil is shimmery
add the halloumi cubes in an even layer.
Next add a drizzle more of olive oil to the skillet and once hot,
add the Halloumi slices.

Cut the
halloumi cheese in 2 cm cubes and place in a large bowl;
add the veggies, drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with dried oregano and season.
Mash the Pumpkin Chickpea mixture a little with the back of a wooden spoon, then
