Once hot,
add the sliced chicken sausage.
After onions start to caramelize, turn heat up, and
add sliced chicken sausage to the pan and cook through.
If you have leftover cooked chicken, you can
add sliced chicken with the garlic - ginger oil instead of cooking shrimp with the noodles.
Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil,
add sliced chicken thighs, season chicken generously with salt, add half of chopped sun - dried tomatoes - and cook everything on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, flipping a couple of times, until the chicken is completely cooked through.

Like another reviewer here commented (Petra) there was nothing quick about this 22 minute
chicken masala... By the time I was finished washing,
