Once
yuca dough has cooled, assess the texture — cooled it should be a workable dough — if it is still too sticky to work with by hand,
add in the optional coconut flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until you can work with the dough more easily
I find I need to
add extra spices, because the
yuca is very neutral.
1cup cooked & pureed boiled
Yuca +
add puréed green plantain (maybe 1 / 2plantain it works as an egg subst.)
To the pot,
add the remaining quarter of the
yuca, the reserved
yuca purée, the okra, chicken stock, fish sauce and lime leaves.
