I tweaked Aran's recipe a little by
adding pumpkin seeds instead of pistachios and substituting regular
butter with nut
butters and
ghee.
Once the syrup has turned to
butter,
add the remaining ingredients:
ghee, vanilla and salt and combine with the stick blender.
