Adding herbs in the last stage of cooking can help retain its vitamins and minerals.
I use mine more medicinally and
add herbs in the second ferment, sometimes fruit when I find a good sale or have dried fruit on hand.

in walnuts for almonds because that's what I had — Just testing a slice covered

Once you put the rice
in the pot with the boiling water

A good salt like Himalayan or Celtic can bring out the flavor
in any dish and can also be flavored itself by
adding an
herb, a spice or a zest.
We've had an abundance of arugula
in our garden this month and
added that to my favorite slaw; full of
herbs, farm fresh produce, and dressed with a fresh ginger vinaigrette.
In this version with kale, he tops the salad with
herb - roasted grapes, which

In a tray put some greaseproof paper, pour the potatoes, carrots and cauliflower, then
add three tablespoons of olive oil on top, the juice of the lime,

herbs de Provence and some rosemary, let roasting for 15 minutes or so, until the veggies are golden.

I liked the addition of cherries and a glaze to
add some sweetness, but you can also make the bread savory too and
add in herbs and cheeses, peppers or onions, just about whatever you can think of.
