We've been getting a lot of requests for an easy Paleo
Adobo Seasoning recipe, as we use it in a lot of our recipes.

The
recipe really couldn't be easier - we simply add chicken breasts, broth, a few chipotle peppers in
adobo sauce (for both spice and smokiness) and
seasoning to our pressure cooker and let it do its thing for 10 minutes.
Adobo seasoning has similar taste to Vegeta (vegetable
seasoning) or Knorr Aromat that can be used as a replacement in the
recipes.
When I shared my Sriracha Mayo
recipe and mentioned that another great flavor variation for homemade mayo is to add
adobo seasoning, I realized that I'd never shared my
adobo recipe before, even though it is a spice I use almost daily.
