The
biggest meal of the day should be
after your workout.
Drinking lots
of chamomile, mint, fennel tea with
meals, eating 6 mini
meals instead
of 3
big ones, eating sugar fennel seeds and candied ginger with
meals, drinking 2 t. raw apple cider vinegar with 1 c. water 3 times a day
after meals, doing yoga and walking helps too.
Steer clear
of this stuff if you're taking antidepressants, but this is the same substance that is found in smaller quantities in turkey meat and milk, and makes you tired

I happen to be a
big fan
of hygiene and keep a tooth brush at work so I can brush my teeth

No other
