Home prices have increased 250 % since 1980 and Millennials under 25 are spending 7.7 % more of their wallet on housing than the
Boomer generation
did at that
age.3 As a result, the number of non-married people under 35 sharing a home or apartment has grown.
Sixty five percent of baby
boomer workers plan to work past
age 65 or
do not plan to retire.

One obvious domestic use for such humanoids, caring for our

boomers, will require a machine that makes the beds,
does the shopping, cooks the meals, and gives medicines and baths.
Don't forget that regular weight training has many health benefits which you may not appreciate yet at your

boomers out there who just started training five years ago who have much better physiques than 20 year old genetically gifted individuals who have sedentary lifestyles.

do not keep their technology skills up to date are creating barriers for themselves in the job market because it gives employers one more reason to reject older job seekers.

do reasonably well in good or bad times such as the food industry, transportation, utilities / energy, healthcare and accounting according to the MetLife Study of the New Realities of the Job Market for
Aging Baby
Boomer.
As the large baby -
boom population
ages, and as people keep more of their original teeth than
did previous generations, the need to maintain and treat teeth will continue to increase the need for dental care.
