recipe, the only special gluten - free ingredients you'll need are
almond flour and
brown rice flour.

brown jasmine
rice, two bay leaves, a pinch of ground cardamom, tangerine zest, Meyer lemon zest (they're in season now, Deb, in case you might want a reminder), three whole cloves, the
almond paste (in place of the sugar and
almond extract), some unsweetened, shredded coconut, and a big pinch of salt.

I can't say for certain as I haven't tested this
recipe with wheat flour but I would leave the ground
almonds and polenta in and just replace the
brown rice flour and tapioca starch with the equivalent amount of regular flour - should be 3/4 C total.
These look seriously awesome — I keep seeing
recipes with
brown rice flour and
almond flour and I just need to buy them already.
