Chocolate Almondmilk) or cold Greek yogurt and fruit are just fine, but in the winter, I need and easy, quick breakfast that will fuel me through my workout and warm me up from the inside.
I make something similar to this
smoothie and LOVE it for breakfast or lunch... i use
chocolate almond milk or
chocolate coconut milk, bananas, peanut butter, a tbsp of ground
almonds or hazelnuts and a tbsp of oat bran!!!
One son has
chocolate almond milk, yogurt or banana bread and fruit; middle son has cereal, fruit and OJ, and my daughter (who hates to eat in the morning) lives my
smoothies which are simply frozen berries, a blop of greek yogurt, ice and some
almond milk.
So I love to make a peanut butter

And I love putting frozen cherries in

smoothie 1/3 cup of walnuts, or about 20g 1/4 of an avocado 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon raw cacao (or to taste, I like my
chocolate intense, I added an extra half tablespoon) 2 heaped teaspoons maple or rice malt syrup, or sweetener of choice, to taste 1 heaped teaspoon maca powder (optional) 1 heaped teaspoon raw cacao nibs 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of vanilla powder (or essence) Pinch salt Leave half the walnuts and cacao nibs aside.
