So this recipe instead mimics oatmeal
by using
almond flour and coconut flour and a grated apple.
I usually measure
by weight,
coconut and almond flour can be finicky when measuring.

I was able to adapt this recipe so that it was low in refined carbohydrates

Also — I have found that I have to reduce the cooking times on your recipes that I've tried (
coconut flour and almond - based)
