At last I perceived a beam of light glimmering at time top of the house (for such I may call the body I had been inclosed in), whither ascending, I gently let myself» down through a kind of chimney, and issued out at the nostrils as the window was wide open, I sallied forth into the open air: but, to my great astonishment, found myself unable to fly, which I had always during my habitation in the body conceived of spirits; however, I came so lightly to the ground that I did not hurt myself and, though I had not the gift of flying (owing probably to my having neither feathers nor wings), I was capable of hopping such a prodigious way at once, that it served my turn almost as welAt last I perceived a beam of light glimmering at time top of the house (for such I may call the body I had been inclosed in), whither ascending, I gently let myself» down through a kind of chimney, and issued out at the nostrils as the window was wide open, I sallied forth into the open air: but, to my great astonishment, found myself unable to fly, which I had always during my habitation in the body conceived of spirits; however, I came so lightly to the ground that I did not hurt myself and, though I had not the gift of flying (owing probably to my having neither feathers nor wings), I was capable of hopping such a prodigious way at once, that it served my turn almost as welat time top of the house (for such I may call the body I had been inclosed in), whither ascending, I gently let myself» down through a kind of chimney, and issued out at the nostrils as the window was wide open, I sallied forth into the open air: but, to my great astonishment, found myself unable to fly, which I had always during my habitation in the body conceived of spirits; however, I came so lightly to the ground that I did not hurt myself and, though I had not the gift of flying (owing probably to my having neither feathers nor wings), I was capable of hopping such a prodigious way at once, that it served my turn almost as welat the nostrils as the window was wide open, I sallied forth into the open air: but, to my great astonishment, found myself unable to fly, which I had always during my habitation in the body conceived of spirits; however, I came so lightly to the ground that I did not hurt myself and, though I had not the gift of flying (owing probably to my having neither feathers nor wings), I was capable of hopping such a prodigious way at once, that it served my turn almost as welat once, that it served my turn almost as well.

Mind you, Southampton lost 8 key players plus a manager in the transfer window, they now sit fourth, 3 pts ahead of us.We can no longer use injuries as an excuse because we have always had them, and if wenger was a smart manager, he would have addressed this problem by having better squad depth, but instead he chose to send a defender out on loan despite being short in numbers at the back, foolishly chose not to sign a defender despite an array of good defenders on show at the world cup.So now who is to blame?I guess it's anyone or anything but Wenger.
well Man united have and Man city have and perhaps chelski may, the fact is we are NOT a top four club at present and the fact also remains that most of the afore mentioned actually don't NEED to add to their squads due to being very active in previous windows there wont be any activity as there are NO plans to add in this window and its got nothing to do with traditionally NOT buying and everything to do with the «Bargain basement2 mentality that Wenger and the board have always adopted and in todays market your NOT going to get the sort of top notch players we need to actually change for a rock bottom price same old Wenger same old Arsenal

By far the best article I have ever read on this site, there was no bias or empty statements, just cold hard facts, the writer even respected wengers budget but still pointed to where he should've improved, there are no excuses, what you read is literrally all u get with arsene, if you gave him a budget of 9m or 1 billion, he will ALWAYS take the risk cause he doesn't give a fk about the consequences as if he was a teenager raging through puberty, his stubborn is absolutely pathetic, can you believe he turned down signing a keeper when almunia was shocking, can you believe he didn't sign a CB when squillaci was awful, can you believe that he REFUSED to sign a CDM for almost 8 years, CAN you believe on one of the most important transfer windows of arsenals history, arsene decided to go host charity matches in rome, that's right instead of trying hard for the fans that have respected him and pay him one of the highest managerial wages in the world, he decided to do what he pleased as usual, cause he doesn't answer to anyone, nor does he giving a flying fk, gazidis a man i thought was also a crook went and did arsene's job for him and at least got us a striker (which cost us the title in january last season) and arsene foolishly proclaims that «if i was here we wouldn't of signed danny» meaning we wouldn't of had ANY recognised cf till giroud recovered, arsene wenger is a joke of the highest order, lack of respect, lack of shame and lack order, i despise him
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
I'm an AKB and always have been, but AW hasn't been returning the love (so to speak) and it's beginning to corrode away at my respect for him and he makes it harder to back him when it comes to transfer windows.
I like isco, but I like him at Madrid for now... do nt think he has the physicality at the moment to fit into the pl... he'll be the perfect replacement for carzola but for now might be too soon and too much of a luxury to have at arsenal... jack needs to have some time next to le coq and lets see how that works.i guess jack and Ramsey got ta fight it out for that position, though Ramsey always seems to come a across as inconsistent n not as naturally talented as jack... ramsey will always have the odd off game with his passing and decision making.jacks seasons mostly get interrupted by injuries though I thnk he would do well alongside le coq... a backup dm would be great though in transfer window and OT: Get dyabala or watshisname... before Maureen gets his hands on him!!!

i want arsenal to be a club that buys top players but at the same time develops great ones much like barca they buy suarez but the star so far is that new kid munez or whatever i hope we always have that balance and i hope we always value our youth system even when wengers gone and not sell out like man u and spend 12832993483 in one window i think what theyve done is ridiculous and honestly i still do nt think theyll make top 4 COYG!!
First, let me comment on our transfers which i think we did an excellent job, we did not get everything we needed, but there is always the summer window where i think we will see more changes in arsenal, i have no doubt a DM and CB will be our priority at that time.
I can only hope that this attempt is taken more seriously than the largely muted and clearly unsuccessful protests of late last season... although the plane writing escapade brought some much - needed attention to the matter, it failed to resonate with fence - sitters and those who had just recently fell off the Wenger truck... without a big enough showing of support the whole endeavor appeared relatively weak and poorly organized, especially to the major media outlets, whose involvement could have significantly changed what was to follow... but I get it, few wanted to turn on their club, let alone make a public display of their discord... problem is, they are preying on that vulnerability, in fact, their counting on you to keep your thoughts to yourself... who are you to tell these fat cats how to steal your money... they have worked long and hard to pull the wool over your eyes... they even went so far as to pay enormous sums of cash to your once beloved professor to be their corporate spokesmodel so that the whole thing would be more palatable... eventually the club made it appear as if this was simply a relatively small fringe group of highly radicalized supporters, which allowed the pro-Wenger element inside the club hierarchy to claim victory following the FA Cup win... unfortunately what has happened to this club can't be solved by FA Cups or a few players coming in, the very culture of this club needs to be changed and that starts at the top... in order to change the unhealthy and dysfunctional narrative that has absorbed this club we need to remove everyone who presently occupies a position of power... only then can we get back to the business of playing championship caliber football, which should always be the number one priority of this organization... on an important side note, one of the most devastating mistakes made in the final days of this hectic and poorly planned transfer window didn't have to do with the big name players like Sanchez or Lemar, but the fact that they failed to secure Jadon Sancho, who might even start for Dortmund this season... I think they might seriously regret this oversight... instead of spending so much time, energy and manpower pretending that they were desperately trying to make big moves, they once again lost the plot due to their all too familiar tunnel vision
for me I woukd have told Sanchez and Ox they were not playing u less they signed a new contract or window was closed... he chose to show them he wanta them but they both used it for their own purposes... As a result the whole pre season was lost as Wenger has played Lacazette and Kolasinac and what must they have thought not to be picked in such a big game... Wenger should then and always only pick players ready to work hard for the team... yesterday also showed we do nt need Ozil to play all the time... if he had come on 2nd half yesterday along with Sanchez the Chelsea players would be thinking WTF at our bench quality

We still have many gaps in our squad that we all know very well, with a big tactical gap in our manager's head, we need deseperately a FIRST CHOICE dmf, FIRST CHOICE STRIKER, AND A FIRAT CHOICE CENTER BACK alongside koscielny, Wenger has always kept it very late in the window until when we the fans become satisfied with any addition at the last minute
What worrys me the most is that this is Wengers roundabout smoke and mirrors way of saying that he is NOT going to buy another defensive midfielder, or at least that's the way I'm reading it, Arsene Wenger has a long term strategy as far as the transfer window is concerned and he is always saying things months in advance that he can then backtrack to when he is criticized and Ill bet this is no exception.
I am also hoping that all the other additions we are looking to do, come in early to allow for the addition to jell in the pre season friendlies (assuming they are not very active in the Euros), WE CANT ALWAYS ADD PLAYERS AT THE END OF THE WINDOW AND NEED ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO BEFORE WE TRUST TO LET THEM PLAY
Getting torn apart at home will hopefully be a massive wake up call for Wenger before the transfer window shuts... but then again he's been given many wake up calls down the years, and always ignores them.
Everyone knows we have problem but instead of complaining non-stop, why do nt we contribute more about how to solve the problem at hand — at least before the Jan transfer windows I do nt like AKB who keep defending Wenger even though he did make a number of major mistakes, but in this case it's not always his fault when anything goes wrong with AFC
I am always open to a touch of shock and awe in the transfer window and so will not be able to resist sitting by the computer, impatiently refreshing the deadline day news - feeds to see which players have been spotted changing trains at Canning Town or going into a Pie and Mash in the Roman Road with the Sullivan family.
It will be interesting to see how things pan out for Sterling once players like Sturridge and Gerrard return as well as any signings likely to be made in the January transfer window but for now as long as he is in the team, Sterling looks settled and assured and can only improve with age so a run of games is always likely to result in consistent performances which is what he, Liverpool and the current England manager, Roy Hodgson, who was watching in the stands at White Hart Lane, will be hoping for.

I follow a low carb diet and it has helped me drop a lot of my visceral fat, I am a pescatarian eating salmon maybe 1 - 2 days a week max the rest of the time I am on a vegan diet (excluding breads and grains) I also do not consume sugar and reduce fruit to 2 - 3 servings, I consume slow carbs as beans but always at night when your body can tolerate carbs better, and I eat tons of greens I supplement with algea oil, B12, and Magnesium I do bulletproof coffee (with coconut oil) no butter and intermittent fast and eat in a 7 hour window, I just wish Dr Greger could do a video on the effects of a low carb, 95 % plant based diet.

Can't be sure though, but I have at least 4 times in the past IF - ed, lost my period, only to have it return within a month of the change I have often accounted for my period regularity in the past to non restrictive, high calorie consumption during the fasting window, and always gentle on myself about the length the fasting window - not that I honestly over think it really.

This is my current assumption, and when the weather improves I will check - I'm guessing that if that sensor failed in such a way that it always thinks the window is at the top, the auto would fail, the safety cutoff will let me press up but will then stop the motor, and the down functionality will be okay.
